You can already get magekyou sharingan at Uchiha Clan

Dogs Summoning is a Jutsu you get from Kakashi in the game.

Sharingan 1/2/3 can be gotten in Uchiha.

First off 1000 years of pain is a leaf special, getting it at level 30 is ridiculous, do you even know what it does? It does YOUR EXACT TAI, level 30 is ridiculous. What exactly would his Mangekyo Sharingan do? It's stupid, and the whole idea for Kakashi sharingan is stupid because if you recall, he doesn't have an Uchiha body, as a result, using his sharingan takes up too much chakra and energy for him which is why he keeps it covered. Head hunter jutsu would probably be just like the Naruto Rendan, except doggies are biting you, and that slowed sharingan, WTH are you thinking? so as long as i can have my eyes open and focus on you you have perma weights?! Dude learn more about the game before you go off making stupid ideas, let me guess, next you want a Zabuza clan right?

its dmb first off about mangekyo, it would be just like tsukiyomi only all of your chakra gets drained instead of any of theres, it'll be a crappy bind, and about thousand years of pain, WRONG AGAIN, a Village special means you have to go to that village and you have to stay there, you can't be reborn, you can't go missing nin or akatsuki, and you can not try for sound. Why should we give any clan a village special and make them immune ot the rules and regulations that come along with a village special
